Instant Digital Delivery

All activation keys are delivered instantly via email after successful payment. If your order is not delivered within 24 hours, you are eligible for a full refund.

Refund Eligibility

1. Wrong / Invalid Key Delivered

If you receive a key that:

• Does not activate
• Shows an error
• Is different from the product you ordered

We will replace it immediately. If the issue persists, you will receive a 100% money-back refund.

2. Key Not Received

If you do not receive your key:

• Within 1 hour — contact support
• If not delivered within 24 hours — full refund issued

3. Duplicate Order

If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us within 12 hours for a refund.

Refund Not Applicable If:

• The key was delivered AND successfully activated
• You purchased the wrong product
• Your PC does not meet system requirements
• You changed your mind after receiving a working key
• Fraudulent chargeback or misuse detected
